Session 2
Monday & Thursday Class Update

Hantsport Baptist Church will be closed November 3–7 while insulation is installed in the building.

We’re happy to share that Monday classes (Nov 3) will go ahead as planned at our alternate space, the Hants Border Hall.

Unfortunately, the Hall is already booked on Thursday, Nov 6, so we’re unable to relocate those classes. All Thursday classes will now begin on November 13.

What This Means

  • Monday dancers: Don’t forget, the first Monday classes (Nov 3) will take place at Hants Border Hall for one week before returning to Hantsport Baptist Church on Nov 10.

  • Thursday dancers: Session 2 will include 6 Thursday classes instead of 7 (Nov 13–Dec 18).

  • Dancers who have already paid will automatically receive a credit for the missed class.

  • If you’d prefer a direct refund, please get in touch.

Thank you for your understanding and flexibility as we adjust around this temporary closure. Your patience and positivity mean so much — we can’t wait to see everyone back in the studio soon!

Miss Jen Cole

B.F.A. Dance, L.I.S.T.D & R.A.D, R.T.S.

  • “Jen took the time to address each and every dancer, individually giving them encouragement, respect, inspiration and incredibly accurate critiques. She used very interesting analogies and metaphors to explain sometimes intricate corrections. It was enlightening to watch her connect with the dancers who were from ages 5 to 20. I would recommend Jen for any teaching or adjudicating position and look forward to working with her again in the future.”

    Julie Izad A.I.S.T.D., A.I.D.T.A.
Owner/Director of The Coast Academy of Dance, Sechelt.
Co-Director of The Coastal Dance Festival, Gibsons, BC

  • "Giving children the space to explore and be creative with their bodies is important for both their physical and mental health. Thank you for contributing to our lives in such an impactful way."

    GMB Dance Parent

  • “As a dancer who was taught by Jen Cole for 7 years, (2 of which under very close instruction in a half day program) my dancing was significantly enhanced and aided by her coaching. It was clear to everyone that her genuine care and her investment in her students was what set her apart from other teachers.”

    Kate Walker, North Vancouver, BC

  • “Her nurturing work with our young dancers was demonstrated by her students’ readiness for their RAD exams as well as excellence in execution and performance of her original choreography in competition and showcases, which ensured her students were wonderful representatives for Goh Ballet Academy on stage and in the studio.”

Chan Hon Goh, Goh Ballet Academy, Vancouver, BC
