The GMB Dance Season
The GMB Dance Season runs from September to June and is divided into four sessions, followed by a Recital Prep period.
Each session offers a fresh start while still building on previous learning—giving dancers time to grow, explore, and celebrate their progress in a supportive environment.
Seasonal breaks are built in to allow for rest and family time, with performance opportunities in both winter and spring.
Conditioning | Ages 10–100
Conditioning is a stretch-and-strength class designed to enhance balance, flexibility, and overall stability. This well-rounded approach supports physical health and mobility for people of all fitness levels—whether you’re looking to move with more ease, improve posture, or build strength.
Fees:
Full session: $98
Drop-in: $14
Perfect for dancers and non-dancers alike!
Why Sessions?
GMB’s session-based structure is designed to offer both continuity and flexibility:
Makes planning easier for families around holidays, school schedules, and seasonal events
Gives dancers the chance to try new styles, adjust their class load, or rejoin after a break
Supports individual growth—dancers can add more when ready, or take a step back when needed
Dancers are welcome to register session-by-session or commit to the full year.
